I hosted my second annual Game Night this past weekend. It was a blast!! Lots of good friends and good food and a little dose of healthy competition.
Here, some of us are scrambling to see who can come up with the best answers for Scattergories!

Here's a few more party games I think you'd like, Caroline:
Wits and Wagers, a trivia game with a Price-is-Right style method of betting to score points. You don't need to know answers, just how to bet on which of your friends do.
Apples to Apples, a fairly silly and competitive game about making comparisons and playing to the judge. What's more "dysfucntional:" Republicans, Charging Rhinos, the 1980s, Clint Eastwood, or My High School Prom?
Time's up, something like speed charades with a shared deck of celebrities. I played it for the first time this past weekend with about a dozen strangers, and it was a hoot!
What else did yall play?
Unfortunately, we don't have the opportunity to have as much as we'd like. One of my good friends has a game called 'The 80's' which is cool. It's Trivial Pursuit-esque and a blast.
On a side note, Caroline did you change your hair a bit? Or is the angle of the picture just showing it differently? Looks good either way
MDK: Actually, we only got to Scattergories. This year, we spent too much time talking and eating, I guess! I had Twister all ready to go, though! ;)
Thanks for all the suggestions!
Yianni: Thanks! I think it's just my hair. I used a straightener that night because my hair is naturally curly, but I do that sometimes.
I remember game nights...haven't done those in a few years. Scattergories is lots of fun, as is Trivial Pursuit (but nobody will play with me :-( ). Twister's lots of fun...but I'm a little creaky for that. I hear Time Out's a blast.
By the way, I was *this* close to being State Champion.
;)
I second MDK's suggestions.
