I Am Like a Wild Horse

"I am like a wild horse. You can't tame me.
You put the oats in the pen, though, and I'll come in for a nibble every day.
But the minute you shut that gate, I'll jump the fence and you'll never see me again."

(Love it. Love it. Love it. Wish I'd written it.)

Hmmmmm...is there a story there ? Or is that just a good line that you HAD to put into something, someplace.

I keep meaning to buy a dictaphone. Besides my blog, I keep a journal, and have a couple of book projects I work on, and I write briefs for a living...and always, always, when I'm some place, I think of something to write that would fit for something, and I remember it at the time...but it seems like when I set it down on paper later, it's never as good.

That is a good line... ;-) Amazing how all the good lines are taken.

I wonder with El Jefe. Makes me wonder if there's a hidden message there.

I just really like it. The last line I could do without, but the first two are awesome. Without analyzing myself, I guess I'd just say I can identify.
